Mobile integration

In Blueprint OMS, providers have calendars that include their appointments and other events. These calendars can be viewed outside of the Blueprint OMS application too, in read-only mode: you can subscribe your mobile or other calendar app to a provider's calendar by getting that provider's unique iCal URL from Blueprint OMS, and then pasting it in the appropriate field in your desired calendar app's configuration menu.

Because the calendar is viewable in read-only mode, any changes you make to the calendar outside of Blueprint OMS will not be sent back to Blueprint OMS.

Supported devices include:

• iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod touch)
• Android phones and tablets

Schedules can also be viewed in other scheduling software programs including:

• Microsoft Outlook
• Google Calendar
• Yahoo! Calendar

Obtaining Unique iCal URL

1. At Setup > Users > User administration, right-click on the desired user and select Edit details.

2. The Edit user dialog will appear. In it, click the Copy iCal URL button near the bottom to copy the user's iCal URL to your clipboard. This button will appear for any user who has a calendar in the scheduling tab of Blueprint OMS.

3. Paste the iCal URL into an email and send it to yourself or the user wishing to upload the calendar to their phone.
